The sought-after profile will be responsible for specialized second- and third-level support management activities according to ITIL methodologies, until the issue is fully resolved.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be in charge of the design and implementation of complex ICT infrastructures, both in the systems (physical and virtual) and network spheres as well as the management and administration of complex and articulated Server and Network environments on multiple sites located also abroad.

Required skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows PC architectures
  • Excellent knowledge of MAC environments
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server infrastructure environments (AD, Exchange)
  • Excellent knowledge of virtualizers (Vmware or HyperV)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud environments (Azure, Office 365)
  • Excellent network knowledge of equipment and devices, Switch, Router, Proxy

Additional required skills

The candidate should have good knowledge of English languagge and an aptitude for teamwork.

Experience

10 years’ proven experience in similar role required.

The place of work is PRATO / FLORENCE. For the performance of the requested activities availability for sporadic travels throughout the country and occasionally abroad, availability for on-calls must be guaranteed.
